In Injection Mold Technology (Plastics components) division, we manufacture molds with the highest quality and precision, in small and medium sizes. We have the right solution for challenging the most demanding injection molding applications.
The combination of Injection Mold Technology, with the Stamping and Forming Technology (sheet metal parts), and pressing technology, advantages us, to be an ideal partner for the supply of complete components and subassemblies with metal and plastic.
From the initial idea of the customer, we use CAD software to design the part and the mold, and if required, we can deliver prototype in cooperation with partners.
All the injection molds are designed and manufactured with hardened, exchangeable inserts, which are precisely fitting on mold. That increase the lifetime of the injection mold and it is an advantage when the injection mold needs repair, or modification operations.
Also we have the ability to offer rapid tooling molds, for special applications.
